Dulaney Construction Company was established in 1974. Everett (Buzz) Dulaney is President with a background in the lumber business from 1954 to 1974, the last 11 years of that being in lumber sales in the greater Kansas City area. His last employer for 15 years was Long Bell Lumber Company. Buzz has developed 7 subdivisions, and built over 300 homes. He custom builds homes to the customer's specifications, and works with them to get all their desires fulfilled. He can also draw a custom set of plans for the home of your dreams. His son, Brad, has been associated with the company for over 20 years and is currently on the Board of Directors and is a licensed Residential Building Supervisor. Dulaney Construction builds in the southeast metropolitan Kansas City area, which includes Kansas City, Raytown, Grandview, Belton, and Lee's Summit. All homes are built to standards by which the National Association adheres. Buzz Dulaney served as President of the Greater Kansas City Home Builders Association in 1986 and 1987. He is still on the Board Of Directors locally, and is a Life Director of The National Association Of Home Builders.
